Please complete and send us back this participants’ form as soon as possible, so that we can arrange your visit properly, as regards both the subject and the organisation. The form should be sent at least 3 months before the visit’s date, in order to respect the European Institutions’ deadlines, as far as visits to their buildings are concerned.
